After we had a sewer backup, I emailed late at night and they responded within 10 minutes letting me know they could be there first thing in the morning. When the technician arrived, he let me know I was welcome to watch the entire process and to ask as many questions as I wanted. He explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision on what I wanted to do. They hydrojetted the pipes so they were clear and then had a project manager out quickly to give me an estimate on the larger scale project. They made a very stressful issue feel more manageable and made me feel very comfortable throughout this process. I highly, highly would recommend them to anyone having sewer or drain issues!

We read many great reviews about Steady Flow and their quote was very reasonable. Had a nearly 400 foot water main replaced which has worked great. After the installation we immediately started having severe flooding problems in our front yard where we have a drainage pond (see photo #1). After the Thanksgiving holiday he sent someone out to try and jet the drainage tubing but the technician was only able to clear the line to the point where it intersected with the new water main. We asked the technician to report back to Kyle and have him call us afterward but did not receive a call back. I called Kyle back the next morning and he was quite rude with me and basically told me that he was busy and had other jobs to do, that our drainage system was old, and insinuated that we were basically looking to get a new drainage system put in for free. Once I got off the phone, my husband and I came to the conclusion that we could no longer work with or trust that the problem would be fixed correctly and decided to move ahead without them. So we started digging. Photo #2 shows the new water main going directly through and severing the path of the black corrugated tubing of our drainage system. We were told that all tubing is repaired if any drainage lines are severed. We were able to excavate and restore the drainage at that site with the help of another contractor. We then noticed that we were still having drainage problems with our rain gutters overflowing, so we dug there - photo #3 shows another severed drainage line that was not repaired. We fixed that and got it working again. After that, we were still noticing that our front yard was still saturated with excess water so we dug in a 3rd spot. Here they improperly fixed the drainage line they severed by just shoving another piece of tubing into the severed ends of each side which then came apart underground and started to saturate the yard with more water - see pic #4. We ended up re-routing the water coming out of that line so that the yard is now no longer flooding. All in all such a huge disappointment between the negligence of his workers installing the water main and not fixing our drain lines and the unprofessional demeanor with which we were treated. I hope others continue to have good service with them but we felt it was important to share what happened to us.

Steady Flow has mastered the process of installing cure in place sewer liners. They made quick work, and put my yard back exactly like it was. I was amazed and thankful for their attention to detail. They needed to dig where I had just installed pavers; I was amazed when I looked out and saw them prepping the ground to put my pavers back, with proper tamping and sand and precise placement. Thanks, Kyle and team!

What a blessing Dan was to me!! went to sell my house, and an inspection found 14 cracked pipes. He went right to work, even going to Suburb sewer and getting permits, going to the review meeting (which they denied my permit) he had the inspector come down to actually see his work, then it got approved. His communication with the buyer, myself and 2 RE brokers was clear, and constant (pictures and all) communication was so helpful to make everyone calm about the huge job he was performing. He is a HERO in my eyes!

I called around looking for a price quote on replacing our kitchen faucet because the pressure was so low. Steady Flow Sewer and Drain came out immediately to give a price quote the technician Dan came out and let my partner that we can replace the fixture and we have trouble to give us a ring. Which we managed to replace and I was very impressed with his honesty instead of charging us his hourly fee plus parts. I requested the same technician to come out and give us a quote on replacing our shower fixture which very old house we needed help for this project. Dan came out we agreed on the quote, Dan and Gustavo came out the following week providing good quality work. My shower replacement was amazing. Dan went above and beyond by even making sure the new shower head was secure and there were no leakages. Thank you for everything!

I used the Yelp quote request to find someone to clear a clogged main sewer line that was causing a backup. Steady Flow promptly responded to my request and was very transparent with their pricing. They sent a crew out the next day to come. The team first tried to cable it with no success and eventually had to hydrojet it. The clog was on a complicated, shared, side sewer line and the team was nice enough to not complain while I was out there with them tracking progress. I got to see their dedication and creativity in action and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a similar service.

Had great service with Steady flow. Was having issues with my kitchen sink being backed up and they actually had to come out twice in a 30 day period. First time they just snaked my drain and that seemed to fix it. However, a couple weeks later it cropped up again. During the second visit they did a full spraying of the drain and even put a camera down it. I am not fully confident that the issue is fixed. Because it was in the 30 day warranty period, they knocked off $150 of the service which I truly appreciated! This is the second time I have used these guys, first time being they installed a clean out and did full pipe re-lining for my house as it was built in the 60s. These guys are my go to guys for anything plumbing related.

We had our water service line break, and had to have our water turned off because of the leak. I called Steady Flow and Drain after reading all their positive reviews. I am really thankful I called them. They were quick, and came out and gave me a reasonable quote. They came the next day to fix our water line. I found them to be friendly, kind, and he explained everything they did and they got the job done much quicker than I expected. So thankful I found this business and will be using them for all our future plumbing needs. I will be recommending them to my family and friends as well. I highly recommend calling them for your plumbing issues. You will be happy you did! Thank you Steady Flow and Drain for getting our line fixed! You guys are hero's!
