After we had a sewer backup, I emailed late at night and they responded within 10 minutes letting me know they could be there first thing in the morning. When the technician arrived, he let me know I was welcome to watch the entire process and to ask as many questions as I wanted. He explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision on what I wanted to do. They hydrojetted the pipes so they were clear and then had a project manager out quickly to give me an estimate on the larger scale project. They made a very stressful issue feel more manageable and made me feel very comfortable throughout this process. I highly, highly would recommend them to anyone having sewer or drain issues!

We read many great reviews about Steady Flow and their quote was very reasonable. Had a nearly 400 foot water main replaced which has worked great. After the installation we immediately started having severe flooding problems in our front yard where we have a drainage pond (see photo #1). After the Thanksgiving holiday he sent someone out to try and jet the drainage tubing but the technician was only able to clear the line to the point where it intersected with the new water main. We asked the technician to report back to Kyle and have him call us afterward but did not receive a call back. I called Kyle back the next morning and he was quite rude with me and basically told me that he was busy and had other jobs to do, that our drainage system was old, and insinuated that we were basically looking to get a new drainage system put in for free. Once I got off the phone, my husband and I came to the conclusion that we could no longer work with or trust that the problem would be fixed correctly and decided to move ahead without them. So we started digging. Photo #2 shows the new water main going directly through and severing the path of the black corrugated tubing of our drainage system. We were told that all tubing is repaired if any drainage lines are severed. We were able to excavate and restore the drainage at that site with the help of another contractor. We then noticed that we were still having drainage problems with our rain gutters overflowing, so we dug there - photo #3 shows another severed drainage line that was not repaired. We fixed that and got it working again. After that, we were still noticing that our front yard was still saturated with excess water so we dug in a 3rd spot. Here they improperly fixed the drainage line they severed by just shoving another piece of tubing into the severed ends of each side which then came apart underground and started to saturate the yard with more water - see pic #4. We ended up re-routing the water coming out of that line so that the yard is now no longer flooding. All in all such a huge disappointment between the negligence of his workers installing the water main and not fixing our drain lines and the unprofessional demeanor with which we were treated. I hope others continue to have good service with them but we felt it was important to share what happened to us.
